How do I know which size to choose?
Every product page where size matters explains where to measure and the size range. If you're between two sizes, choose the larger one. You can also send us your measurement in centimeters and we'll recommend a size.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are packed within one to three business days. The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout and on the shipping policy page.
Can I exchange or return?
Yes. You have 14 days from receiving your order to exchange or return it, as long as the product is in resellable condition. Full details are on the Exchanges & Returns page.
Do the products replace medical treatment?
No. The products are designed for support and comfort in everyday activity and do not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
How many hours a day should I wear it?
We recommend starting with short periods and gradually increasing them. Each product page has a specific recommendation for that product.
Can the products be washed?
Fabric products can be hand washed in lukewarm water and dried in the shade. Electrical products cannot be washed and should only be wiped with a damp cloth.
