Size Guide

The most important thing about a support product is that it fits right. Too large won't give support, and too small will pinch. Before ordering, it's worth grabbing a measuring tape.

How to measure

  • Lower back and waist. Measure your waist circumference above the hip bone and below the ribs, standing straight and breathing out normally.
  • Pelvis. Measure at the widest point of your pelvis, below the waistline.
  • Ankle. Measure the circumference at the narrowest point above the ankle bone.
  • Upper back and shoulders. Measure your chest circumference just below the armpits.
  • Abdomen. Measure your abdominal circumference at navel height.

Three tips

  • Measure on bare skin or over a thin layer, not over a thick sweater.
  • The tape should be snug against your body but not tight.
  • If you're between two sizes, choose the larger one. You can always tighten it more, but you can't make a small product bigger.
